Gadfly Invitational at College Station

Game 6 Preview: Charleston Haunting Ghosts vs. Aurora Autopsy
Game 2 in Pool A features the only 2 undefeated teams left in Pool A. Charleston managed to overcome a deficit against Philly at half time and win by 13. Aurora beat the Calamity with a 2-second left shot by Burch to win by 2. Here are a few key players to watch for Wed. night's battle:

Charleston Haunting Ghosts:
Lamond Tingle SF: Tingle scored a team-high 25 points (ranks T1 with PPG in Gadfly tourney) on 9-15 shooting with 5 rebounds, 1 assist and 1 blocked shot
Corey Meehan C: Corey leads the whole Gadfly tourney with 13 rebounds and is T1 in steals (3)

Aurora Autopsy:
Glendon Burch SG: scored a team-high 22 points on 10-15 shooting with 3 rebounds, 1 assist and no turnovers Gilbert Roy PG: scored 11 points on 3-5 shooting with 2 rebounds, 4 assists and 1 steal

Both teams love to play slow and that's exactly how they played on Monday. I see this game being a "Lamond Tingle and Glendon Burch show". I think whichever player fails to score more will be on the losing end. I predict the Sr. Tingle will have another superb outing as he's done so many times in scrimmages and will lead the Haunting Ghosts to a close win.

Final Prediction: Charleston wins 70-62

Charleston Haunting Ghosts vs. Aurora Autopsy
1st half: Charleston starts of with a 13-2 (9-0) run to open things up. The Autopsy end the half on a 16-4 run giving them the 1 point edge at the break.

Halftime Review:
The Autopsy take a 1-point lead into the break. They should have been up by more considering they led in every stat category except for Free Throw percentage. The crucial stat of that half was the 4 turnovers that Charleston had compared to the Autopsy's 0.

Halftime Leaders:
C Meehan, Haunting Ghosts
L Tingle, Haunting Ghosts
G Burch, Autopsy

2nd half: The second half showed a see-saw, neck-to-neck battle. After Lamond Tingle for the Haunting Ghosts nailed a 3-pointer to pull within 1 with 1:40 to play, the game remained scoreless giving the Autopsy a nice 1 point victory and being one step closer to the Pool A title.

Game Summary:
Both teams looked pretty even (both shooting 44% FG). The stat that stands out the most is the 9 turnovers Charleston had compared to only 3 by the Autopsy. The Autopsy's bench also contributed 18 points.

Players of the Game:
C Meehan, Haunting Ghosts (16 pts., 8 rbs)
T Abernathy, Autopsy (11 pts., 6 rbs, 4/1 a/to ratio)
